I used to carry around a Moleskine notebook. My journaling started when I was a freshman in college and I had to turn in a "diary" of sorts for my Freshman Seminar course. The class was a joke and I was feeling particularly defiant, so I rarely attended and I turned in my personal journal for the grade. In this journal were tirades on all kinds of stuff, the gushy stuff, diatribes on social cliches, the laments of a lonely girl, as well as suicidal musings. I distincly remember the post-it-note from the professor that said, "A - counseling might help." Needless to say, I don't reach out by leaving my notebooks splayed out on tabletops anymore. What a D bag that guy was.
Anyway, I think this will be my journal. The personal stuff can stand to be filtered out, everyone has problems of their own to deal with, but can't I make some lists here for me to refer back to?
I need to:
Get a bike
Pay my bills
Collect recipes/go grocery shopping
Collect boxes for moving/start packing
I get lost inside my head when there's just the smallest amount of thinking to do.
