And So It Goes, Another Month Gone

Adios, October! (Sayonara, August and September, you sucked too.)

I don't think that life is ever going to slow down to a pace so that I can catch up, but it slowed down and we at least ran side by side this weekend. Halloween was indeed celebrated with Frankenstein, a Butterfly, and the Rocketeer (plus Mimmy and Papaw at Mr. Gatti's). Then on to a party for the adults with a Hole-In-One, Lucille Bluth (me), the Rocketeer, the Queen of Hearts, and others. Somehow, the house got a spit-shine clear down to dusting the living room, thirteen + hours of sleep, and two homerun homecooked dinners. Thanks, Life. No really, I mean it. 

Thanks for letting me roll with it for a change. I'm ready to wear my coat and face the winter with all the things I'm thankful for tucked under my wing, like a football and I'm going in for the goal.
