The World Doesn't Stop

The first day of kindergarten and second grade. Big thumbs up! These gems love school and I'm so glad. Lynden loves the cafeteria and Genevieve loves math.

I sat out for a spell, thinking I could stop the world from changing around me. Then I got a new iPhone and I couldn't stop playing apps and checking Facebook. It dawned on me that I miss my blog, regardless of its readership or who can see it and condemn it and love me or loathe me for its contents. No one ever really placed these notions in my head but myself.

Truth is, I still strive to be a better person and this space helps me document my intentions. This space reflects the good and the bad, but mostly the steps towards being a little good-er. I started something else, another blog, and ended up setting it aside as well. It's time to combine the two. It is also time to start doing, stop contemplating and losing the reflections when the water gets shook up, and bring the world inside my head to the outside.
